Aww, Dr. Durvasula was my college professor! She was good! I remember one day I was drinking a soda and she passed by me and my soda swiped off on her clothes. Poor thing, she freaked out lol. Sorry Dr. You might not remember but this was back around 2008. 🙂

For me personally i find just drinking water. As less salt as possible and stay away from milk and dairy and sugary foods is best way to stop feeling bloated.

*Dr. Oz is your typical Governmet doctor who has NO CLUE in nutrients, he's a DAMN SURGICAL DOCTOR(It's like trusting the Mc Donalds janitor to build you a Full-Race Supercharged Twin Turbo Engine!!*)

NEVER EVER TRUST WHAT HE'S PUSHING UNLESS ITS IN EMERGENCY SURGERY, HIS BACKGROUND IN NUTRIENTS IS SO B.S. AND HEARSAY ITS PATHETIC!!

Grapes for bloating? Are they really talking about bloating, or about stomach fat from eating like a damn pig?? I lost 10 pounds in the last two months due to severe gas and bloating, and I can only eat very little and only healthy stuff. I am completely desperate. THIS is a problem. If you drink pepsi and mcdonalds and you wonder why you're bloating, then you're a moron.

Fodmaps and high fructose foods? Yeah, this plan wouldn't work for me. Also, he said carbs are empty? What? Surely he's not talking about organic, non-gmo, gluten-free, whole grains? Or a seed like quinoa?
