With and without the blue light I don't feel more sleepy. I guess because I can't produce enough melatonin or because of my hyperactivity I am immune to short wave light, lol.

No mention of blue light filters on devices but conveniently highlights a brand of blue light "blocking glasses" he is being paid to promote.

Dr. Mike: Avoid screens at least 2 hrs before bedtime.
Me, a stubborn writer who works late to write her novels: I'm afraid I can't do that. My protagonist is in the middle of a chase and I can't just leave it there.

Yeah, I’ve been trying to figure out why I’ve been getting less and less sleep lately. (Writing this at 1am after getting only 3 hours of sleep for the last 2 weeks).

Hello Dr. Mike, this was an interesting video which made me think of a question I'd like to ask you. Is there a particular reason we only use yellow/white lights (if I'm not wrong) in our houses and not, say, orange or green? I get that blue and violet aren't a good option. Red may be associated with negativity by many people, so why not green for example? Thank you for your time.

I’m and idiot so this question is probably stupid, but if purple light is worse then blue light does that mean if I google searched purple and stared at a purple screen that would be bad

This video is hella funny. He basically tells you that you dont need blue light glasses. And continues by selling you bluelight glasses WITH a discount even after telling a study that basically tells you that you can just dim your lights instead of just wasting your money. Lmao. I wish i was this OP

Dr Mike, does this all lead to broken eye capillaries? If you broke your eye capillary once, does this cause the capillary to be weaker and will break frequently? What cause broken eye capillaries?
